Lost internship for summer after freshman year, am I screwed? What to do now?

I just finished up my freshman year and I got a great internship at this healthcare technology startup, but the CEO isn't responding to my emails and since I can't get into contact with the company this internship may be screwed. I don't have anything else lined up and this is the last summer before Wall Street recruiting next year; what should I be doing now? What options do I have? Every single company already filled up their internship spots.
