So basically I got an interview for macqauire equipment finance in Michigan. They told me I had to take a test and everyone that works here has to take it. Can anyone explain what kind of test this is? Should I prepare for it? Or any free online practices. Also, for employment do they drug test? If so, is it urine or hair? This is for a tax admin analyst position

Did the same when I was interviewing for them ages ago. They use a IQ test with 3 sections: numerical, verbal and spatial reasoning. You should pass so long as you don't have some sort of mental retardation. There is also a personality test which you cannot prepare for.
One tip - as a general rule with very few exceptions, "q" is immediately followed with "u".
Hope they don't ask you to spell the firm name
