Macquarie IBD vs PTG
Hi,
I'm currently a senior in engineering with a minor in finance pursuing IB/PE in a renewables group. I had an internship with a local MM shop and am going to start another internship with a Big 4 firm in their infrastructure group. I sent a couple of emails out and am currently in contact with someone in Macquarie's HR. I wanted to know if anyone had insights into the differences between the IBD and PTG groups in New York, more specifically in terms of culture, exits, prestige, and pay.
