Was hoping to get some insight into this. I feel like it's really superficial to only reach out to someone when you need something (job, CV push, etc.). I want to maintain/build my network, but at the same time, I hate the idea of reaching out to talk with people when I don't need anything and when they're already so busy all the time.
Any thoughts?
