So I got a 2nd round interview later today.
I was just told I will be meeting with the owner of the company (does not have a backround in the position I applied for). I'm assuming he just wants to meet to see me, see if I'm capable, and just have a conversation. My question to you guys is what questions should I ask him? Day to Day responsibilities and those type of questions just doesn't seem right as he doesn't work with any of the people that would be on my team, so I was thinking along the lines of career path and others along those lines?
Any thoughts?
