Mentioning Names of People in your Company

Hi All,

This is generally aimed for people who work in a place where either your name, or Analysts names are published in some sort of report to the public (ie. Sell side research).

For those who have interviewed, or are going through the process (or would), when you are interviewing, would it be appropriate to mention names of your seniors or people you worked with?

For example, a sell side research Associate/Analyst having worked under a duo or trio of Analysts (assume Telecom and Tech with some turnover in Analysts) is interviewing for another job. When talking to the hiring managers on examples of work done, accomplishments, telling a story, etc,, would it be appropriate to just reference the "Telecom Analyst at the time"? Or go into specific mentioning of the names (particularly since they have a public profile in publishing reports).

Thanks!
