Messaging the HR when applied to inhouse job?
Just applied to an in-house job and thought about messaging the HR Partner responsible for the role. They already treated my past application which resulted in an offer.
I’m mentioning this because it’s for a Junior role and my current role is not permanent. I’m conscious that it’s not gonna make or break the deal but it can help somehow?
