Minimum GPA for Analyst Hires?

I’m in a bit of an odd spot. For context, I was working a trading job at a HF throughout the crypto-boom since my freshman year of college. I sort of had a niche for understanding DeFi markets and because of this did pretty well for myself/my fund during the bull run.

I lost track of priorities and let my grades slip (was booted from a class for attendance) down to below a 3.0

Obviously the markets are not what they used to be and I am not very fond of trading any longer so I decided to pursue IB. Was able to secure an internship at a top 3 BB without putting a GPA on my resume or application. (Never was asked about grades throughout the application process)

I obviously want to pursue my FT offer, but am worried that my grades could jeopardize my future. More than willing to be transparent about the story and am in no way making excuses, just looking for some advice as to what someone would do if in my shoes. (Other than study hard and bring grades up going into senior year, already working on that)
