Missed Diversity Program Deadline, but Normal Application Form asked if I was diversity
Hi Everyone, I missed the Diversity Program deadline, but I am currently in the 'Normal' process for SA role at an BB/EB. I was wondering whether diversity plays a role in getting to the next round or just getting recruited in general. Could anyone who was involved in the recruiting process provide information on this? Is that a factor that investment banks consider or since I am in the normal process, being diverse doesn't matter anymore?
