Missed Recruiting and Very Behind
Hey all,
I’m a rising junior at a non-target (still top 50). I totally missed the recruiting process for 2024 summer analysts, and am now in the middle of my summer playing catch up. Is it worth my time networking relentlessly and studying my ass off if I already missed the cycle?
Also - any tips for off cycle recruiting?
Context:
-My ECs are super weak but gpa is 3.85
-Two quantitative based internships
