Hi Everyone! I'm new to the forum, but very interested in the financial services industry. I have applied to big firms like Morgan Stanley and UBS, and not been selected in the past(largely due to a lack of experience). I have worked at a nonprofit over the past year and a half doing assorted client relations and billing work. I applied again for the Client Service Associate position at Morgan Stanley, and wanted to know if anyone had any advice on how to become more marketable to the firm and what to do if offered an interview?

Hey WSO, I recently got an offer to interview for a CSA position at a top BB through a contact in the PMW division. Can anyone on here provide some color on a client service associate does day to day as well as comp and career progression?
I tried to use the search function but didn’t get any concrete details on the position.
