Morgan Stanley SA application form

Does anyone know if the resume preview on the MS SA application form is actually what it looks like to HR? I attached my resume but it completely messes up the formatting in the preview and I'm worried HR will see it this way. I created an RTF format one but feel it looks crap.

Would appreciate some guidance here.

If you are desperate to keep the format then you can save it as a .jpg Open it up, print screen, cut it out in paint, then paste it in word.

If you get an interview, HR will ask you to send them an updated resume and cover letter anyway. The CV the interviewers had for mine looked normal, unlike the online app version.
