Move from MM IB to Big 4 Deal Advisory?

Hi guys, I live in a developing country in Asia and have worked at MM IB for almost a year now and there has been literally no deal flow, just a plenty of pre-deal stage pitches. I observed that the bank has on average 2-3 deals per year but still paid well with last year's bonus being close to 100% salary.

Now, I'm considering moving to other banks or Deal Advisory at Big 4 where I can gain some deal experiences knowing that I might get less compensations because my career goal is PE.

In my country, as far as I've observed, there is only a few banks that focus only M&A or has separate departments (ECM, DCM, M&A), and IPO deals are way more common than IPO. The plus, in my opinion, about Big 4 advisory is that it cannot do IPO which narrows the deal scope down to M&A and others (I don't know "the others").

My question is that would it be a good option to move to Big 4 advisory given my bank's deal flow?
