Moving from CRE in Australia to CRE/IB/Finance in the UK

Hi,

As the title suggests, I am looking to move from Australia to London toward the end of this year.

I have an undergraduate in Real Estate from a Go8 university in Australia (top 8 uni's here - our best of the bunch) and have worked as a Valuer/Appraiser and an Analyst for a CRE Investment Management firm with 3.5-4 years experience.

What are job opportunities like for similar roles in London? How difficult would it be to transition to CRE roles in PE/IB firms over there? And is it worth doing a Masters or MBA in the UK to get better job opportunities considering I'd be new to the country and my firm is not a large multi-national/would be unknown to UK employers?

Thanks!
