Bump. What this team does?
Very new group, looks like it's less than 2 years old. GP led is the focus. I would be very cautious - GS' private capital team which sat within the cross market IBD group is an example of a strong name entering the space and quickly imploding.
PCA is extremely relationship-based, due to the highly reoccurring clients (transactions might be one offs, but the same firms are constantly engaging in these deals). This has historically led to boutiques dominating over the past 6 or 7 years.
how is GS private capital quickly imploding? care to elaborate?
