Pretty comparable but my vote would be for MUFG due to the significant equity stake it holds in Morgan Stanley. I am pretty sure MUFG sends some of its top employees to MS on temporary 1 or 2-year assignments (I've heard it described as a sort of "exchange program") and there are various formal as well as informal events organized between the two banks, so with a ton of hustle (and even more luck) you might be able to network yourself into a job at MS starting from MUFG

 

it really really depends on what type of role you have at the bank. I interned junior summer at SMBC FYI.
