MUFG Capital Markets Insight

I stumbled across an old job posting on Linkedin about MUFG. It got me curious and looking to learn more about their capital markets group (DCM, Leveraged Finance Markets, Loan Syndications). How do they place in terms of getting deals? Is it modeling intensive (LevFin platform)? Is the pay street average? Would appreciate the insight as there is not much on WSO compared to other banks about their CM group. I recently read they hired two directors for their leveraged finance platform. How common and impactful is this?
