Need advice for job offer negotiation

After graduating in december 2019 I finally have secured a job offer as an investment analyst in a medium cost of living city (think Baltimore, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Denver, etc). I'm very grateful to have this opportunity during these challenging times but I also feel as though I could negotiate a few items in the offer and I was hoping for some advice about whether I'm being reasonable/respectful.

The important items about the offer are:

  1. Position has the title "analyst". I am concerned that simply having "analyst" on my resume will look a bit weak compared to something like investment analyst or portfolio analyst or even financial analyst. Is it reasonable to try to ask for a prefix? These days, analyst can mean damn near anything!

  2. Base salary is in the low 50s. Based on my research, this is a bit low in the my area, as an investment analyst here should be earning more like 60. Is 60 a reasonable counter offer? I don't think they would come up that far, but if I could get them above 55 that would be ideal.

  3. Bonus is 10% annual based on self, team, and company performance. 401k match is 50% of first 5% aka 2.5 % annual. Is 401k match ever negotiable? When I was reading various articles it sounded like the plans are generally pretty set in place. The 401k won't be applicable until I work for half a year anyways.

  4. Annual performance reviews kick off in Q4 every year meaning I'll have to wait awhile before being considered for one. I've read that it's possible to negotiate an official performance review earlier, is that a reasonable thing to ask for if I feel as though the base salary is a bit lower than I hoped?

  5. Start date is pretty flexible, I mostly just want to put in 2 weeks at my current gig to be polite. Is there any reason I should push for the start date to be after the new year?

In any case I appreciate any/all advice!
