Need advice on quitting advisory for a better work life balance

I am working for a Big 4 Transaction services team in Europe. Team is toxic : no one cares about training you so you don't learn much, no communication, people talking about other people behind their back... So I want out.

I've been there for a year now and I'm going to quit after I get my bonus in October/November.

I was wondering if you guys now any position where:

- The job is interesting and you actually learn something.

- Hours are good (9 to 7pm) and the environment is not stressful (so IB is out of the map)

Would also love to know if someone went through deal advisory and what are they doing now ?

Thanks a lot
