need genuine advice on recruiting
I've struck out on summer 2024 recruiting and am looking for some genuine advice other than "start learning how to case buddy". I really want a job in IB and think I'm a qualified candidate: top ~15 school, 3.85 gpa, several leadership positions, generally a well liked and social person. I had 4 super days and was waitlisted for all of them, but never had an offer to leverage to help myself out. I don't think I messed up on any technicals or came off like a bot but I don't have the strongest experience and probably didn't blow anyone away either. I know a lot of people are in similar spots and I think we could all benefit from hearing some candid thoughts.
Db I starting in july
