Need Help: No HH Outreach
Currently an analyst at B4 FDD, and am interested in going to LMM PE. Know that this isn't the easiest transition, but want to give it a shot. I haven't yet got any outreach from headhunters, granted it's been only a couple of months since I joined, but want to know if anyone has any experience with this. Should I be worried, is it still too early, should I reach out to them, how should I do it if so etc. Or, would it be better to cold email the PE firms I'm interested in?
