Need opinions/advice

I’m coming up on 2 years since I graduated from a target. Had a 1 year stint in prop trading, and it didn’t really work out. Been working in Private Wealth at a BB since but I’m looking to make a career switch.

I really want to get into either Equity Research or Consulting. I know they’re completely different from each other but I have some future goals and getting into either of these paths would get me there.

Is it possible in your guys’ opinion? If so, how would I go about getting started?

Thanks and I appreciate any opinions or advice.
