Need PE advice messed up IB

Hello,

Long story short, I am interning in PE this summer (sophomore year) but have been recruiting for 2022 S&T. I really like PE experience to be honest. I’m still going to recruit for S&T 2022 but also going to submit 2022 SA at some other IBs that are still open and will continue to do so(applied to Cowen, BNP Paribas, Nomura). I’m at a semi target public school (think Michigan UNC UT).

Question is can I still get into IB at a MM or would it be more beneficial to do BB SA S&T and try to lateral. would appreciate some real advice.
