Need Serious Career Advice

I've applied to roughly 20 boutique banks and 30 Financial Leadership Programs and yet to receive one single interview. I am willing to set my sights on a lower tier job. My only goal is to get some relevant work experience in order to apply to reputable business school.

So what type of job in finance should I be targeting?

My resume: Non-Target 3.3 Economics No Relevant Finance internships

Also my career center is a dead end. From what I understand applying through company websites is a black hole of sorts where resumes float in limbo. I seriously need a drastic change of strategy. Again I am highly motivated however I nearing the time of desperation(expense reserves almost exhausted). Help?
