Networking for REIT Out of Undergrad?
Hello,
I am a rising senior passionate about real estate and real estate valuation. I would love to be able to work in the acquisitions department of a great REIT firm (Vornado, SL Green) and I would love to know if any of you guys have experience or advice with networking to obtain this position. I have solid experience at a boutique investment bank and brokerage (debt placement) firm and I am working on the REFM certification, but I am still anxious about how difficult it will be to land a position like this.
