Networking meeting with a CFO, to wear a suit or not to?

I am meeting with a CFO in his office this week. I was intending to dress business casual as this is just a networking meeting, but a few people are saying to wear a suit and some are saying to not wear a suit. What does WSO say?

I had been told by other people that wearing a suit puts pressure on the person meeting me or that it is seen as a bit presumptuous.

What does people think if I wear a dress shirt, dress pants, and a blazer?

I agree that you should wear a suit. Especially if you know other people are going to wear one. It is always better to be over dressed than under dressed.
