Networking with the Big 4 after turning down an internship offer

The title covers it pretty well, short version is I turned down 2 B4 advisory intern offers (2 of the 4) for a MM IB internship and they cut the internship and didn't extend any FT offers. Any good advice for reaching out to the B4 firms? If I was able to get an offer at 2/4 of them without references I feel like I'd still be a good candidate, but how do they treat people who turned them down? Any advice for someone who's been in this spot before?

Can you give me more context about how you turned them down?

Did they give you an offer and then after you accepted you decided to reneg? In that event you have 0 chance.

A) If BIG 4 doesn't know why you dropped the offer, call someone from hr and tell them you foolishly let covid scare you away from interning anywhere and that after discussing with family in hindsight you realized it was the right opportunity for you and if there are any spots available you would love to work there ( rehearse this story well and be prepared for questions). This doesn't have to be the exact story, but the goal of this story is to win empathy and also that you understand you turned down an amazing opportunity.

Example script of the call:

(call one of the coordinators of the big 4 process)

Hi X, My name is X, and I went through the big4 process for the X internship not too long ago and received an offer. Do you have 5 minutes? Then you tell your story.

Good luck

To be honest with you, there's so much competition over spots these days that I would be shocked if they didn't fill your spot with someone else almost immediately.
