New on the US job market, re-directing my career track please advice and critique my resume

Hi,
I am new to the US job market coming from Europe. I have a Master in Finance and Strategic Management but my work experience until now was more related to entrepreneurial activities and a bit of accounting and consulting. I have always interested in getting my career started in IB and following my research taking a job as a financial analyst would be the normal 1st step. Anybody any advice or other thoughts about? I have as well posted my resume so please let me know what you think. I am grateful for any ideas or thoughts. thanks
