New Student - Leverage stock exchange experience

Hey guys, fresh user on the site here. Wanted to hear thoughts on how others would Leverage a Co-op (4month) experience working at a Senior Stock exchange in Canada (NEO Exchange) having worked a Junior analyst role. Wanting to pursue potentially IB or buy side roles after graduating but will appreciate any advice in the context of other roles as well.

Appreciate it
