Newbie needs help

Hi all,

25 years old, graduated a few years ago with around 3.2 gpa. Worked sales/analytics with a major insurance company for the past two years and am looking for a change. I applied for a busines development position and landed an interview. I know I am very rusty with interviews, and have not been up with WSO or finance for a loong time. I need some of you fine gents to push me in the right direction so that I can kill this interview and get the job. I know the job is entry level and primarily cold calling, but I have done a previous job like this before and loved it. I just want a future career that will make good money and is something that I like. This is with a forex firm. The posting is below:

•Perform a high volume of outbound calls.
•Responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the Trader team.
•Primarily responsible for sourcing and communicating the sale of foreign currency to clients.
•Provide excellent relationship management to ensure all foreign exchange needs are addressed.
•Ability to adjust your communication style to cater to different audiences using expertise, tact, diplomacy and listening skills.

-what is the career progression for this? do most people do this position, fail, and then burn out?
-salary once someone becomes a trader? how long does this progression take genearlly?
-what is the day to day like?
-what questions can I expect?
-what is the avg salary/commission?

Please reply as soon as you can. Snarky comments from 19 year old undergrads will be ignored.
