No prior consulting internships & no strong quantitative background

Hello all,

I'm a senior with no prior consulting internships, and my major is International Relations, so no strong quantitative background i.e. statistics, calculus etc. Internships have been in corporate marketing and bus. dev./planning (for an oil and energy contractor) and research assistant-ships.

With a GPA in the 3.5's from a non-target school, do I stand a chance of getting hired at MBB or more realistically, top level tier 2 firms with the above said?

Also what is the process of going from summer associate after graduating to getting a FT position that fall itself (i.e. after the internship).

Thanks so much in advance for any advice/insights!
