No response to a post-superday follow up?

A week ago from Friday, I had my first superday at a top firm (IBD). I sent thank you emails to everyone I spoke with almost immediately, and then moved on. Didn’t hear anything for a week, though they gave no indication of when I would hear back, and I didn’t find it appropriate to ask. Early this Friday, I sent my (previously very responsive recruiter) a nice follow up, and got nothing all day.

A. Should I follow up AGAIN, or with someone else, or just wait?

B. Is this an indication of anything? Should I assume rejection? This was my first ever superday, so I’m not sure what to expect
