Non IB SA to IB Analyst first year out tips and stories
Would love to hear tips and stories about people who interned in different parts of banking then moved to ib right after college and how they did so. What were big differences (obviously a lot of obvious ones, but the not so obvious ones)
Know a guy who did this. He networked a lot and was pretty smart overall. He had his story down too.
