Normal Networking Response Rates??
THIS IS NOT FOR SA 2025 Is a 1-3% response rate (cold emails, no connection) normal? Is everyone just really busy now? Pls share rates below

You're late to the game. People are more receptive to networking emails in the fall, but they are swamped with these right now. If your resume is meh and you have no connection to them, people will just ignore you.
I doubt it's an email issue, more just timing. You may need to lower your target banks/groups to start getting conversations/into processes
This is for finding lateraling opportunities. Resume is pretty strong. Any advice on when to email, if not now for lateral opportunities? Resume wasn’t as strong in the fall as it is now.
