Off-cycle internships in London?

I am thinking about applying for off-cycle m&a internships in London. As a French student I have to do 12 months of internship and this would be part of it.

I am wondering what you guys think about off-cycle internships for direct recruiting and skills development purpose?

I have to chose to apply either for these 4 months off-cycle in London or for 6 months internships in Paris. My plan is to find a job in London by the time I graduate but I heard that interns in London are not as integrated to the teams as they are in Paris. I was then thinking that internships in Paris would be more valued because you develop more skills. Could it be a better choise to seek 6 months internships offers in Paris and then try to get a summer in London?

What's your school ? The must-have pedigree is HEC ESSEC ESCP.

If you find one you'd better stick with the London internship : more opportunities, better caps, better networking and most important THEY HIRE.
