Off Cycle Recruiting 2022 IB

Hey guys I seek the wisdom of the WSO community,

I am currently interning with a LMM PE fund focused on GE and LBO's, currently a senior in college with an offer from a PWM firm, but in reality it's the last option. I got into the game really late only securing an internship 2 weeks ago with prior experience in WM, but still trying to network myself into a FT offer from a IB.

I want to sign with a company in off cycle recruiting or in the opening in the new year around mid January to mid February.

Currently looking at firms in the San Francisco area, but not too sure which firms that would give the highest success rate.

Does anyone have any success stories in off cycle, or in the Jan-Feb window. What banks would be good to target?

I have been hearing that IB hiring is still going on and that they need people...
