Hi ,
I am currently conflicted between two offers, one is from the top tier hedge fund risk role which is mainly about hedging the risk efficiently (not risk reporting/control...etc.). The second offer I have is from a Boutique asset management firm with around $40B AUM and the role is more toward PM role in the future.
The total compensation is almost the same in the first year.
