Offer Dilemma - BB vs PE

Hi guys,

I recently received an offer from a boutique PE firm that requires me to reply to them within 3 days, however I got an interview with a BB 3 days from now as well (I really want this position..)

I really need an internship this summer (and I can't do both), and I really prefer the BB position over the PE one. Problem is, the position with the BB is not confirmed.

I was just wondering if there are ways around this, i.e. delay the PE offer (how should I go about this?)

If you can't delay you can always renege your PE offer in case you get the BB job you really want. Not the coolest thing to do but if it was the other way around, the PE firm wouldn't even give a second thought about rescinding your offer if they had to.
