Offer from Google but really unsure about taking it or not

I have just gotten my formal offer from Google to work as account manager for one of their products heading my country market. The problem is that I am not keen on moving to Ireland and not really sure about the job. My question is what will the exit opportunities look like from this role and after working there for a year where could I end up? I went to a target BS and want to eventually go into consulting. Can I after some time at Google go into Consulting or similar jobs?

Google is awesome. Everyone who works there loves it. It's impossible to get a job there. But if you don't like it, then you don't like it.

It's impossible to get a job there.

That's a pretty gigantic exaggeration, but I agree with your other points.
