Offer not in line with current raises..
I have an offer to join a major bank's capital markets team, but the salary in the offer letter isn't in line with the raises mentioned here in WSO, Litquidity or even Bloomberg...
Unfortunately, I have no friends in this firm to confirm, and the recruiter mentioned he isn't aware of it. How should I go about negotiating?
