Offer Received, How To Succeed?
Hi all, just received my offer to join a large bank's ER team in NYC for 2027 Summer. Super excited, but what are some general tips to succeed on the job and ensure I lock in that return offer? I know I have a lot of time, but just want to know what I can passively do as time passes by to perform best. Thanks!
