Offers: Citi Corporate Banking vs. BlackRock Alternative Investments

I got an offer from Citi Corporate Banking and BlackRock Alternative Investments (for Summer Analyst).

In terms of:

1. Pay, bonus---as I climb up the ladder, what's the compensation like?
2. Conversion rate from SA to FT---I heard banks convert their intern pools more than asset management firms do?
3. Types of skills learned---I'm more into client facing roles, I guess Corp Banking is better for me?
