Office Visit/Tour Etiquette?

One of the firms I applied to through career services through my school is having an office tour before they select final interview candidates. It seems clear that they will be giving interviews to whoever they like at the office tours.

Well, this will be my first office tour, and I don't see much about them online (as opposed to interview tips, resume tips, etc.)

What exactly goes on in an office tour (besides touring the office, of course)? It's a three hour event, so there's gotta be more.

Also, invite says to wear business casual. Should I take that verbatim and go slacks/dress shirt? Maybe add a tie? Or are they going to be impressed by the people who went all out and brought the suit? Just looking for some insight. Thanks

Be natural and don't overdress.

I'm sure you want some kind of formulaic answer from us (e.g. do this and that and at this time do this). But really, don't. Just be yourself.
