On-Cycle 2024 Timing
With most banks starting training in the next couple of weeks, I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on the timing of when 2024 on-cycle will be (to be clear this refers to college graduating class of '22 recruiting for associate positions starting in 2024). Obviously, it is impossible to predict, but I wonder if things will go back to how they were pre-pandemic, kicking off in Sep/Oct, pretty much right when analysts hit the desk, or if the timing has been more permanently reset and things won't kick off until later. Thoughts?
It’s going to be early if I had to guess. I’m a 2nd hear that accepted an offer and already had a headhunter call me asking about names of incoming first years. Would guess it happens in 2022
