Hey guys, I am looking for some advice and insights on what I should regarding the question I am about to ask. I want to pursue a role in back office or operations, what would be the best possible way of obtaining one of these positions? I graduated from non target college last May and don’t have stellar grades. I’ve been applying to as many jobs and networking as much as I can. Any new advice would be greatly appreciated.
