Opportunities for Freshman

HI all, I'm currently a freshman at a "target" school (Not HYP, but still up there). I just finished my first semester with around a 4.3 GPA. Not sure if it matter, but due to AP Credits and taking college classes before I arrived, I am already taking advanced coursework despite being a first year. 4 of my 9 classes this year will be senior level classes. I'm wondering where I would be able to find opportunities in banking as a freshman. I'm mostly interested in ibanking, consulting, PWM. However, as a freshman, I am not very picky. I'm mostly just looking to get some relevant experience in the industry and to work with professionals.

If you are underrepresented, ie, a minority / female there are freshman diversity programs in banking and consulting that you can look into.
