Hi, not sure if anyone else feels this way, but after 3 years of doing exclusively in-person interviews, I'm extremely nervous about the fact that I have a few in-person interviews coming up. I was wondering if anyone else felt similarly and if so, how did you overcome it?
I've become a very confident interviewer virtually and I think it's become one of my relative strengths, but I don't feel like this necessarily translates to in-person interviews so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
