PE recruiting at a MM Bank
Going to start at a MM bank in the next couple of months, I'm interested in PE recruiting. There is one person from my company who works at a fund that I'd like to interview / work at (given my initial research) do you all think it's worth it to reach out before I start working or should I just let the process work itself out?
