Perception around transferring after receiving an SA offer?

I currently attend a private target school and have received an SA 2022 offer at a BB. Throughout the pandemic, my parents were unemployed and so my family had to use remaining funds to pay for my tuition. However, as a result of this, my family is in a dire financial condition and most likely cannot continue paying for my target school education. At this point, I'm thinking about transferring to a cheaper non-target school near home but was wondering whether this would look bad to HR and whether this would be grounds for revoking my SA offer come background check.

Would love to hear everyone's perspective on this. Thanks in advance!
