Philly - Breaking out of the Back Office

Anyone have any recommendations for breaking out of Finance and into banking for someone that's from a non-target in Philly with 2 years out working in IB Finance & AM Finance at BB and has great internship experience during college with a 3.5 gpa.

Any suggestions of places to look in or around Philly?

GTRnitroi see, out of curiosity did you goto a target and work at those firms you listed above? Just having a hard time getting my name out there?
Non-target and yes I did. Had to fight for it. Make sure you have your story down, polished resume and know your technicals. Easier said than done, right? lol.
