Anyone have any recommendations for breaking out of Finance and into banking for someone that's from a non-target in Philly with 2 years out working in IB Finance & AM Finance at BB and has great internship experience during college with a 3.5 gpa.
Any suggestions of places to look in or around Philly?

Find bankers on linkedin who work in the city and network. The only IBs I know of in philly are Stifel, Janney, Harris Williams (dba Cobblestone), and Bryant Park Capital (Radnor, PA). Most open positions for the aforementioned firms are not posted to the public.
